About Acerra Brick Oven Pizza
Located at 142 W 49th St, New York, NY 10020, Acerra Brick Oven Pizza operates as a pizza restaurant serving New York in New York. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In New York, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across New York on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.
Hours are published for 2 days a week. Typical hours are 11:30 AMβ8:30 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (212) 819-9439. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 106 reviews, which is a strong result for a pizza restaurant in New York and suggests consistent service.
New York is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in New York peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My daughter surprised me with a yummy birthday dinner in this venue. Everyone was extremely professional but not stuffy, very nice people. The manager was super nice and they sang my happy birthday π I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and shrimps, my daughter ordered Chicken Parmesan and pasta, we also ordered Fried Calamari. The bread was warm and yummy. Everything was perfect. Definitely will visit again. Thank you

The pizza was delicious, not sure I'd get meat lovers again, but it was really good. Not greasy or overpowering flavors. The pasta was good.

Good food, cozy and pleasant atmosphere, laid back enough to feel comfy without feeling messy, and most of all: the service was absolutely excellent and the staff was practically flying across the place to keep everything running smoothly! We finished only half of each pizza and they packed up the rest for the road. Personnel was attentive from start to finish, from the waiting and seating all the way to getting the check. πβ¨ They've also nicely decorated the place for the holidays βΊοΈ

Is it pricey?! Yes! Is it good? Oh yes! The pizzas and pastas are absolutely delicious! Probably one of the bests I had! The choice of food options is fantastic and everything seems amazing. Vegetarian pizza and pasta available. The cocktails could be prepared better (the Negroni served with a large ice cube for instance), but they were still quite good. Staff was very kind and happy to help. We got a table without waiting at all. Would recommend if youβre in the neighborhood. Definitely a good experience.
